The maternal uncle of $B$ is $U_1$.According to the statement,the maternal uncle of $W$ $(U_2)$ and the maternal uncle of $U_1$ $(U_3)$ are brothers.Since $U_1$ is the brother of $M$,the maternal uncle of $U_1$ $(U_3)$ is the same as the maternal uncle of $M$.If $U_2$ and $U_3$ are brothers,and $U_2$ is the maternal uncle of $W$,then $W$ must be the daughter of $M$.Therefore,the boy $B$ is the son of the woman $W$.
