The publisher gains $20 \%$,so the cost price $(CP)$ is calculated as: $CP = \frac{SP_1}{1 + 	ext{Gain} \%} = \frac{90}{1.20} = 75$. Now,if the commission is increased to $15 \%$,the new selling price $(SP_2)$ becomes $100 - 15 = 85$. The new gain is $SP_2 - CP = 85 - 75 = 10$.
